     We are so thankful you are here. These videos were created with the intention of helping to support not only those who are grieving, but those who want to support others in their grief, while creating a safe place to explore all the emotions they're feeling.

     In the first set of videos below (1-18), Alyssa shares the loss of her son, Max, to sudden unexplained death in childhood (SUDC.) Alyssa was four years out from her loss at the time of taping. In the second set (19-32), Kelley talks to me just a year after the accident that took her husband, Hans. Their son, Max, was with Hans when he died.

     Each video discusses the titled topic, and most are partnered with a tool. These tools, and others, are arranged in alphabetical order HERE.
