STONE COLLECTION + PATH
Carrying grief is like hauling around a bunch of stones — eventually the weight can be debilitating. Releasing and forgiveness is the path to lifting that weight.
Releasing is allowing trust to be stronger than fear.
Forgiveness is more complicated. Forgiveness is a complete letting go — letting someone or something off the hook — because it is the best thing for YOU and your healing.
It’s important to remember that releasing and forgiveness can be a very deep, personal process. Neither should be taken lightly or made to conform to any time limitations.
Releasing comes before Forgiveness, so consider that first.
THE STONE COLLECTION
Your collection of stones, like issues or upsets, can be large or small. Carrying a lot of them, be they resentment, anger, frustration, grief, people, events, etc., will weigh you down. But, when you are ready to deliberately look at them and let them go, your load can lighten.
Use the Stone Collection as a way to identify what ‘stones’ you carry. Remember, it’s perfectly okay to have some stones that you may not release — now or ever.
THE STONE PATH
Pathways get us from one place to another. This one will take you somewhere emotionally.
Considering the stones identified in your collection and choose one you’d like to work on releasing or getting more clarity on. Then simply follow the path of the emotions surrounding that event, situation, person or thing to bring you some peace.
