It's okay to feel better.
When you’ve suffered a great loss, it can seem impossible to think of anything that feels good, and if you do, it may sometimes create feelings of guilt. One the goals of this program is to find ways out of the darkness of grief to allow for the possibilities to smile, feel good, or simply feel just a tiny bit better. And it is perfectly okay to do so.
We know it may be hard to contemplate anything that could feel good right now, so we've gathered a little list of some Simple Pleasures that many have found comforting.
WHAT THIS COULD HELP YOU WITH:
• Giving yourself permission to feel better, even if for just a little while.
• Opening to the possibility of ways out of your grief.
QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT THINK ABOUT:
• What could I do to feel better?
• Am I allowing myself to even think about feeling better?
