HOW THE CORE PROGRAM SESSION WILL WORK:
• Each session lasts 75 minutes.
• We can meet in-person or in an online classroom.
• You will have 30 minutes of personal work before each session.
• You do your personal work by watching a series of instructional videos online.
• You will receive a Course Materials Kit with a workbook, journal and CDs/mp3s.
HOW THE PERSONAL COMPASS SESSION WORKS:
• We confirm a time that works for you.
• You will be emailed a link to my two instructional videos as well as the download for your material.
• We will meet for one-hour in a live, online classroom.
• You will need a computer with high-speed internet to attend..
