THE REIMAGINE CORE PROGRAM
A 10-session course of Resiliency Skills based on my clinically-proven Seven Pillars of Personal Strength™.
How it works:
• You confirm the schedule that works for you.
• Once registered, you will be mailed your course materials (a workbook, journal, and CDs.)
• You will have 20-30 minutes of personal work before each session.
• Your personal work is done by watching instructional videos online.
• We will meet weekly or every other week (that's up to you).
• We will meet for 75 minutes each time, in a live, online classroom.
• There are typically 8-12 people in each session.
• You control how much you share—and showing your face is optional.
• You need a computer with high-speed internet to attend.
