SUPPORT CIRCLE WISHLIST

What does support really look like to you?

Is it people, an action or is it words? Asking for what we need starts with defining what feels good to us.

Often, after a loss, some people around you walk on eggshells because they don’t know what to do, say, or how to support you. It can even happen within a family, as individuals grieve differently and the members of the family may not know how to support one another.

Communication is key to identify — and then ask for —the support you need.

WHAT THIS COULD HELP YOU WITH:
• Learning how to identify and ask for the support you need.

QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT THINK ABOUT:
• What support could I use? Who could I ask for it?

• What is keeping me from asking for what I need?
